vine leaves in brine Vine leaves are a treasure trove of taste at hand! Grape leaves have been used in this region of the world since ancient times, and they can be used either fresh from the vine or they can be brined to use at other times. Our vine leaves are as fresh as in late spring and early summer, and tender as they are plentiful for your use. Selected from vines that have not been sprayed with pesticides as whole, vine leaves are put in brined that is made of citric acid and salt.

Hermetically sealed in sterilized jars.

Store in a cool dry environment. Keep refrigerated once the lid is opened (+4, +6 ºC) and consume within 3 days.
