Stuffed Eggplants This unique dish of Ottoman- Turkish cuisine is prepared with mid-size selected aubergines. The filling includes rice that is prepared with salt, fresh mint, dill and tomato paste. Stuffed and carefully capped by a slice of fresh tomato, the eggplants are ready to serve!

Hermetically sealed in sterilized cans. No need to cook or heat! The food is ready to serve.
